Default Eliteless PvE Build Needs an Elite

Currently I'm running:

Earthquake
Ash Blast
Stoning
Ebon Hawk
Armor of Earth
GoLE
Earth Attunement
(Res)

WIth 16 Earth Magic, rest in Energy storage.

I would like to add an elite to the build, but I can't think of one that would be useful for what the build is. (KD focus. Ebon-> Stoning. AshBlast to Blind Phyical attackers after the KD. Armor of Earth for staying power.)

Does anybody have any ideas? I was thinking maybe Obsidion Armor(E) instead of Armor of Earth.

IMO it's worth dropping GoLE for Glyph of energy, or if you want damage, then Unsteady Ground is best. Good if they're already knocked down, as they're snared and can't escape.

Personally I like your build a lot, but as has been said before, Unsteady Ground is a great elite. Sandstorm is another alternative but it costs more, and has a longer recharge than Unsteady Ground. This skill also has the added bonus of knock-downs and is nice to cast on packs of warriors and watch them all fall down .

Obsidian Flesh is nice enough but in normal PvE outside of farming I'm not sure it has that much use. Glyph of Energy can be useful but is more difficult to get than Unsteady Ground. Personally I would use Unsteady Ground, and if you feel you need better energy management use Elemental Attunement or Glyph of Energy.

I'll probably go with unsteady ground in place of earthquake in the build. It will let me blind people easy enough, and most casters in PvE are set to attack anyway >_>

Thanks guys

You could use:

1: [skill]Shockwave[/skill]
2: [skill]Sandstorm[/skill]

Skill 2 causes scattering

If you can find a spot for it, try [skill]Eruption[/skill]
